電源を入れて操作しても、ずっとスタンバイ状態のままです。
全く動きません。
初期不良なので交換をお願いします。
同じマシンを数台購入しておりますが、これまで同じ事象はございませんでした。

Even with the power on, when I try using it, it's always on standby.
It won't move at all.
Since it fails on first usage, I would like a replacement.

The machine is kept stand-by even the power is on. Nothing work. Please send me a new one as this is an initial failure. This is the first time while I have purchased several numbers of the same machines.
