A社からVHP(B社製)のOEMの引き合いがあります。A社の担当者が、2011年1月末に行われるPhotonic Westの展示会に行く予定なので、B社のブースで打ち合わせしたいとの依頼がありました。展示会でのagendaをA社に確認したところ、添付資料をもらいました。できれば、弊社の担当者もA社とＢ社の打ち合わせに参加した方が良いと考えています。弊社のC氏は内容を理解しているので、アテンドする方では彼が適任だと思っています。
簡単にagendaの質問事項の説明をします。OEMの仕様は、まとまりつつあり、
agendaにあるスペックの要望については、今後の客先の希望になります。納期とQCに対して、客先は不満に思っており、工場視察などを希望しています。
納期:大凡3～5ヶ月程度かかる。頻繁に出荷納期が変わる。
品質:不具合品が混入する。

We received an offer from Company A to supply VHP(manufactured by Company B) as OEM products. The contact person is going to the Photonic West Trade Show to be held at the end of January 2011 and says that they would like to discuss it at Company B's booth. I asked Company A for the agenda of the trade show and they gave me the attached material. We are thinking that our contact should also be present at the discussion between Company A and Company B. Mr. C from our company knows the issue well so he would be the suitable person to be there.
I would like to briefly explain the questions on the agenda. The specification for the OEM product is in the process of being fixed and the requests regarding these specs on the agenda are what the customer would want in the future. The customer is dissatisfied with the delivery time and QC and they are asking for a visitation to the plant.
