商品を顧客が保持したままの状況で返金はできません。
返品商品が到着後に調査してに商品に欠陥があれば送料を含めて全額返金します。
商品に問題がなければ商品代金のみの返金となりますのでご了承ください。もし商品を保持したままでの返金となりますと1/4(10$）の料金のみの返金でした対応致します。

I cannot refund you while the item is still in your possession.
Once I receive the item, I will check if there's anything faulty with it and if there was I will refund you including the shipping fee.
If there's nothing wrong with it please understand you are only entitled to be refunded for the cost of the item. If you would like me to refund you still possessing the item you will only be refunded for one quarter of the cost of the item ($10).
