返品商品が到着後に調査してに商品に欠陥があれば送料を含めて全額返金します。

We cannot make refund while the customer has the item.
After we receive the returned item, we will check it and make full refund including shipping cost if there is any defects. Please note that we will refund the amount of item only if there is no problem with the item. If you keep the item and request for refund, we will make refund only for 1/4 ($10)..

Once I receive the item, I will check if there's anything faulty with it and if there was I will refund you including the shipping fee.
If there's nothing wrong with it please understand you are only entitled to be refunded for the cost of the item. If you would like me to refund you still possessing the item you will only be refunded for one quarter of the cost of the item ($10).
