臨泣
部位 俠谿穴の後２寸、第４中足骨外縁、足根骨の少し前にある。この穴は八総穴の中で最も圧痛のでやすい所なので、強く押さないように注意する。
取穴
1 第5中足指節関節の後内側より内側の方向に走っている腱を確認する。
2 その腱の外縁に沿って後にずらしていく。
3 第４中足骨外縁と交わった所に取る。
内関
部位 大陵穴の上方２寸にあり。この穴は外関穴と表裏を為しており、前腕掌面の中央あたりで、下橈尺関節上縁の反応を目当てに 取る。
取穴
1 腕関節掌面で中指を屈伸すると動く腱を確認する。
2 その腱の尺側縁に沿って２寸ほど上方にずらしていくと反応点がある
公孫
部位 第１指膨隆部の後方より１寸後で、赤白肉の間にある。
取穴
1 第１指膨隆部の後方で、拇指外転筋を確認する。
2 その筋の中央の高まりに沿って１寸ほど後にずらしてい く
3 ここは下り坂になっているので、それを感じ取りながら下りきった所に留める。
4 ここより少し戻した所
列欠
部位 経渠穴の上６分、橈骨動脈上にあり。
2 ,move up according ulnar margin of this tendon,there is a reflex point.
Gongsun
Location :
1cun posterior to the distal base of the the first metatarsal bone,at the junction of the red and white skin.
Locate Proper Acupuncture Points:
1 ,In posterior to first metatarsal bone,confirm abductor hallucis
2 ,according to lump of this muscle,move back about 1cun
3 ,keep moving as feel its down going and stop it reaches down end.
4 ,take point in where slightly back from down end.
Lieque,Broken Sequence
Location 6fen above to Jingqu,Channel Canal (Ditch),locate on the radial artery
取穴
（1） 橈骨動脈上で経渠穴付近に指を当てる。
（2） 動脈に従って後にずらしていくと最も窪かなる所に当たる。
（3） そこで動脈の外縁を確認する。
（4） それより心持内側に取る。
照海
この穴は申脈穴と表裏の位置にある。
部位 内果の後下方１寸にあり。
取穴】
1内果の後下部より後下方に走っている腱を確認する。足関節を伸展すると捉えやすい。
2 その腱の後縁に沿って下にずらしていく。
(1) on the radial artery,put finger around Jingqu point
(2)go back according to artery,get depression.
(3) in there confirm outer edge of artery
(4)take point at slightly inside of it
Zhanohai, Shining Sea
places outside of Shenmai, Ninth Channel (Extending Vessel)
Location:1cun posterior inferior to the medial malleolus.
Locate Acupuncture Point:
1:confirm the tendon that run from posterior inferior part of the medial malleolus to posterior inferior direction.it is easier to get it by flexing ankle joint.
2:move according to posterior margin of the tendon.
取穴
1手関節掌側横紋の尺側、豆状骨の上際で尺側手根屈筋腱の橈側に神門を取穴する
2尺側手根屈筋腱の橈側にそって神門から指2本分上部に取穴します。
・太衝
部位 第1指基節の後方（しりえ）より後１寸、背面の腱の外縁にあり。
取穴の順序
（1） 第1指背面で基節の後方（しりえ）あたりで腱を確認する。
（2） その腱の外縁を確認する。第1指を屈伸すると捉えやすい。
（3） その腱に沿って後ろにずらしていくと下り坂になっており、最も低くなった所より心持後で腱の外縁に取る。
1 Locate Shenmen at the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the palmer side wrist joint, superior of pisform,in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of muscle flexor carpi ulnaris.
2 according to the tendon of muscle flexor carpi ulnaris,take point at two finger superior from Shenmen.
Taichong, Bigger Rushing (Great Surge)
Location: 1 cun posterior from first proximal phalanx,out edge of the dorsum tendon of the foot.
Indication of locate Acupuncture Point:
(1) confirm the tendon in around posterior first proximal phalanx.
(2)confirm outer edge of the tendon.It is easy to get when make hallux flex.
(3)move back according to the tendon ,it goes down,and take a point slightly posterior of the last place and outer edge of the tendon.
