私のアドバイスとして会社には30分前に出勤する事をお勧め致します。

Some were often late and some were never being late.
I was warned about much tardiness like this.
"We have decided that a person who is late for work for more than 10 times will have decreased base salary by 5% from this month. This is also applicable for bonus."
Note that people who forgot to push "Attendance" will be counted as a later comer.
And we never accept the exception like attendance forgotness, train stopped, raining and so on.
(Japanese executives told us not to be late for the work for more than 10 times a month.)
Then I advise you to arrive for work 30 minutes before.
Also remember to send daily working report everyday.
