Please attempt to obtain a pre-paid return label for the two packages from Altatac. Please provide me with a pre-paid label or return address for the merchant or seller no later than Monday, 04 March at 09:00 EST. If the return information is not received, the packages could be discarded.
We are happy to assist in the safe return of these items to the original seller or merchant. We are not able to ship these items to any address other than the original shipper or merchant address.
