Ken said to me many times about the missing parts, but i am a little confused, he din't order spare parts, only rc helis.All of spare parts of rc helis are available, if need, i will send you spare parts list.

About the defective products, we will do the following policy, will you?
We check and test the products before shipping. after getting the package, pls check and test the products again. if there are defective products, pls take pics and email me, we will see, and if possible, new products or spare parts will resend with next order.

私達は製品を出荷する前に必ず検査します。全て検査が終了して初めて、製品を送ることが出来ます。

ケンは私に何度も、届いていない部品について話しましたが、私は少し混乱しました。彼はRCヘリだけ注文して予備の部品は注文していません。予備の部品は全て入手可能です、もし必要であれば予備の部品リストを送ります。

欠陥商品に関して、以下のようにしましょう。
私達は出荷前に製品を確認し検査します。小包が届いたらもう一度製品を確認してください。もし製品に何らかの欠陥があれば写真を撮って送ってください、確認します。もし可能であれば、新しい製品もしくは替えの部品を、次の注文の際、ご一緒に送ります。

私たちは出荷前にいつも商品をテストし、すべて点検しています。すべてが問題ない場合に商品は出荷されます。

Kenは私に何度も欠品のことを伝えてきましたが、少し混乱しています。彼は予備部品を発注してはいなかったのです。発注されたのはrc helisだけでした。rc helisの予備部品はすべて在庫がありますので、必要であれば予備部品リストをお送りします。

不良品に関しましては、次のやり方で進めてくださいますか。私たちは出荷前に商品を点検し、テストします。商品を受け取ったら、再度、商品を点検しテストしてください。欠陥商品が見つかった場合、写真を撮って、e-mailを送って下さい。こちらで確認した上で、可能であれば、新しい商品または予備部品を次回の受注商品と共に送らせて頂きます。
