Ken said to me many times about the missing parts, but i am a little confused, he din't order spare parts, only rc helis.All of spare parts of rc helis are available, if need, i will send you spare parts list.

About the defective products, we will do the following policy, will you?
We check and test the products before shipping. after getting the package, pls check and test the products again. if there are defective products, pls take pics and email me, we will see, and if possible, new products or spare parts will resend with next order.

ケンは私に何度も、届いていない部品について話しましたが、私は少し混乱しました。彼はRCヘリだけ注文して予備の部品は注文していません。予備の部品は全て入手可能です、もし必要であれば予備の部品リストを送ります。

欠陥商品に関して、以下のようにしましょう。
私達は出荷前に製品を確認し検査します。小包が届いたらもう一度製品を確認してください。もし製品に何らかの欠陥があれば写真を撮って送ってください、確認します。もし可能であれば、新しい製品もしくは替えの部品を、次の注文の際、ご一緒に送ります。

全般的に日本語がぎこちないです。また、文の流れがつかみにくい翻訳になっています。たとえば、冒頭の部分ですが、製品についてはちゃんとチェックしてますよということを主張したくて書いており、そのあとKenさんはいろいろ言ってますが、ちょっとその主張は違うんじゃないの、的なニュアンスが次のパラグラフのはずです。そういったニュアンスが読み取れない翻訳になっています。
