昨日ebayのアカウントに制限がかかってしましました。
やっとの思いで念願のebay出品を果たしたのですが・・
当方は誠心誠意取り組んでおります。日本でもオークションの取引実績も1000回はあります。息子と一緒に会社を経営し息子はebayで輸入をしています。同じ事務所で別々のアカウントでebayにお世話になっているのですが、それが原因でしょうか？本当に困っています。どうにか制限解除の手続き方法をお願い致します。

Yesterday restriction applied on my eBay account.
I finally managed to sell in eBay which I had long planned after a lot of struggle, but..
We work in a cordinal manner. We have made more than 1,000 transactions for auctions in Japan. I run a company with my son and he imports products on eBay. We have separate eBay accounts registered in the same office, is that's the reason for this? I'm really helpless. Please kindly advise how to remove restriction, thank you.

I am doing my sincere best. In Japan we have done more than 1000 transactions. I run a company with my son, who imports goods from eBay. Our firm has various accounts with eBay, but was it a cause? We don't know what to do. Please consider lifting the restriction on our account.
