今回依頼するのはデータ入力です。
ウエブサイト上のデータをエクセルに入力していただきます。
必要な条件は以下の2点です。
エクセルを使える環境であること。
Dropboxのアカウントを作る事ができること。
データの納品について、テキスト形式での納品は不可です。
お渡しするエクセルの書式に則ってデータ入力をして下さい。
エクセルをお持ちでない場合は、フリーソフトのOpenOfficeを使って下さい。
エクセル一枚あたり、平均１時間程度の作業時間となります。
1日3毎以上の納品をお願いします。
Our request for this time is data entry.
We want you to enter the data on the website to the spreadsheet.
The two required PC environment are as follows:
- Able to use spreadsheet
- Able to create a Dropbox account
You cannot send us the data in text format.
Please enter data according to the format specified in the spreadsheet.
If you don't have Excel software, please use OpenOffice, the free software.
The labor hour will be approximately one hour per spreadsheet.
Please submit at east 3 spreadsheet a day.
データ入力ですから正確さを非常に重視します。
納品されたデータが不正確な場合はやり直しをお願いします。
やり直したものについて重複した報酬の支払いはありません。
納品されたデータを確認後、枚数に応じた報酬をお支払いします。
報酬の支払いはデータ確認から12時間以内に、ペイパルを通じて毎日行われます。
データを納品して頂ければ休日でも必ず報酬をお支払いします。
データのやり取りにはメールとDropboxを使います。
依頼するデータはDropbox内の『依頼』フォルダに全てまとめてあります。
Because it is data entry, we make much of accuracy greatly.
When delivered data are incorrect, we ask for a fresh start.
There will be no payment of the redundant reward for which you started fresh.
We'll pay a reward depending on the number of sheets after the confirmation of delivered data.
The payment of the reward is carried out through pay pal every day within 12 hours from the data confirmation.
We'll pay a reward by all means even on a holiday if you deliver data.
We use e-mail and Dropbox for the exchanges of data.
The data which we request are summarized all in a "request" folder in Dropbox.
仕上がったデータはメール添付で納品して下さい。
その後、納品済みのデータを
ドロップボックス内の『納品済み』フォルダに移動して下さい。
当方で納品されたデータを確認して、
問題が無ければその旨返信をし、
Dropbox内の『納品済み』フォルダからデータを削除し、報酬をお支払いします。
こちらで確認できないデータに関しては、報酬を支払えませんから、
絶対にそちらでデータを削除しないで下さい。
また、メールは契約関係が続いている間は削除せずに残しておいて下さい。
以上の点は必ず守ってください。
Please submit the complete data by email attachment.
After that, please move the submitted data
into "Submitted" folder in Dropbox.
After we check the submitted data,
if there is no problem, we will notify you,
then delete data from "Submitted" folder in Dropbox and make payment to you.
We cannot pay for data which cannot be verified at our side,
so please do not remove data from your side.
Also, please do not delete emails as long as the contract is valid.
Please make sure you follow all the instructions stated above.
