それで破損した場合には、こちらも責任を負います。
代替品に関しては、次回発注時に一緒に送ってください。

Then, about my orders, please only use the cushion that you used before (polyfoam).
"Small particle type packaging materials" are difficult to remove,
they get stuck between gaps of the unit and might cause fire which is extremely dangerous, please do not use them in the future.
If the item gets damaged by using polyfoam, I will accept some responsibility.
About replacement, please send it with the next order.
