お元気ですか？12月7日から9日の日本滞在中のホテル予約に関する連絡です。下記の確認書をご確認ください。五反田の周りにはあまりホテルがないため、品川にホテルをとりました。また、品川にはプリンスホテル系のホテルが数箇所ありますが、あなたのホテルはAホテルです。以上、よろしくお願いします。なにかご質問があれば連絡ください。

How are you? I am writing to inform you that the hotel reservation during your stay in Japan from December 7th to 9th. Please check the following confirmation. There are few hotels around Gotanda, so I reserved in Shinagawa. There are several Prince hotel-affiliated hotels in Shinagawa but your hotel is A hotel.
