I sending message to tell you that I got request of the postage from the person in charge at warehouse which we ask to bring UPS.
I will contact them to make sure that it is not her mistake.
Unfortunately,the warehouse is close today,so we have to wait until tomorrow.

ありがとうございます。ただ、UPSの担当者ではなく、UPSに持込んだ倉庫会社の担当者という意味でした。日本語が分かりづらくすみませんでした。
こちらこそすみませんでした。なら、the person in charge または the manager at the warehouse which delivers the package to UPS にしてください。
