誤ってアメリカの転送業者の住所で落札してしまいました。日本へ直接送りたいので、日本向けの送料で再請求して頂けないでしょうか。
あと落札価格が高額なため保険を書けたいのですが、いくらになるか教えて下さい。

I won a bid with a forwarding agency's address in the US by mistake. I would like you to ship to Japan directly, so could you charge for the item including the shipping cost to Japan again?
I also would like to purchase insurance since the bid price is high. Please let me know how much it would be.
