In the original story, she appears when you beat Ai Yakumo and fulfill all conditions.
As being a hidden stage boss, level of difficulty is high and many fans have difficult time.
Especially you can't miss Yukari Ougi "curtain fire barrier" because this is a spell card which can be considered as the compilation of this work.
Also the theme song Necro Fantasia well depicts her, so it's hard but please try playing it.
