She is a lone tribe monster and where she lives is unknown.
This character has many mysteries, she appears everywhere in various occasions, sometimes solving the problem, sometimes making the problem bigger.
She is called as a dubious crack monster from people around her.

Yakumo Yukari is a Phantasm Stage boss character in Touhou Youyoumu - Perfect Cherry Blossom.
She is one of a family of fairies; her homeland is unknown.
She is a mysterious character, appearing unexpectedly in a variety of places to either resolve or exacerbate problems. She is known by those around her as a shady-looking crevice fairy. As her ability allows her to move by opening cracks in rooms, she often appears suddenly and unexpectedly.

また長い間生きているため交友関係が広く、生前の西行寺幽々子と出会っていたり伊吹萃香とも交友が深いともされています。

There are many ambiguous parts in this ability, however it can even control the borderline of creation and destruction in every existence, so there is no doubt that she has the top class ability among monsters in the fantacy world.
Also, as she has been living long, she has wide circle of friends, she met Yuyuko Saigyoji when she was alive, and she is said to have deep friendship with Suika Ibuki, too.

In the original story, she appears when you beat Ai Yakumo and fulfill all conditions.
As being a hidden stage boss, level of difficulty is high and many fans have difficult time.
Especially you can't miss Yukari Ougi "curtain fire barrier" because this is a spell card which can be considered as the compilation of this work.
Also the theme song Necro Fantasia well depicts her, so it's hard but please try playing it.
