その商品に購入した数だけ専用の"商品C"は付いてきますか？
"商品D"にも購入した数だけ専用の"商品E"は付きますか?
MとLのサイズがありますが、こちらもそれぞれ2kg以下のパッケージに、
いくつ詰めれるか分かれば教えて下さい。
"商品F"専用の"商品G"を、購入した数だけ付けて下さい。
別途料金がかかったり、送料が変わるなら教えて下さい。

How many of the items below can be put in a package under 2KG?
"Product A"
I'd like to mainly buy products "Citrus" and "Orange" scented.
By the way, how many "Item C" can we get? As you know, those products had better be used with "Item C", so I hope we can get "Item C" according to the number of our purchase of those products above.
Also, can we get as many "Item E" as we buy "Item D" as well? There are M and L size, but anyway I want them to be shipped split in a package under 2KG, too; could you let me know how many can be contained in each package?
Plus, I want as many "Item G" as we purchase "Item F".
If there is any change on the shipping fee, please contact me.
