Rin is the main character of this work, even though It is told that he is a son of the devil, but in order to defeat the Satan who drove his father's dead, he is the boy who have to decided to become an Exorcist. Although there is some violent part, it is very gentle and sincere personality.

He's been studying to become an exorcist since he was 7, in order to protect Rin, and at the age of 13 he became the youngest person to ever gain the title of exorcist.
When he was young, he was a crybaby, but at 15 years of age, he's become strong and cool.

When I look at the animation, I do not know about both Rin and Yukio is either brother, he seems to become solid.
Especially when i watch the anime in episode 4,i thought that [ Yeti is more look like a brother]! Please also take note of Yeti and also exchange of phosphorus.
