おそらく私には理想の自分の姿を持っているのだと思う。それは私の成長とともに少しずつ変わってはいるが、私はいつも理想の自分と今の自分を重ね合わせては、その違いにがっくりした。しかし自分のキャラクターは同級生やクラスの雰囲気など、周りの環境によって決められている物だと思ってきた。でも実際それは事実だ。例えば学校の先生は生徒たちにとって人生の先輩でもありボスでもある。だから先生は一人の生徒のクラス内でのキャラクターなんて簡単に左右することが出来る。

Probably I have my own ideal image. It has changed a bit as I grow, but I have always been disappointed by comparing myself against my ideal self. However, I thought my character was determined by my classmates and classroom atmosphere. But that's a fact. For instance, the teachers at my school have more experience in life than us students, and they are our bosses. So a teacher can influence some student's character easily in the classroom.

Probably, I think I have an ideal image of myself. It has gradually varied as I have grown up. But, every time I compared the ideal image and what I was then, I got disappointed at the gap. I have believed that my character has been determined by my surroundings such as classmates and atmosphere of our class. And, it indeed is a fact. For instance, our teacher is not only senior to us but our boss from students' perspectives. Therefore, teachers are able to affect students' characters within class easily.
