Munakata Reisiは、青の王であり、Scepter 4のリーダーでもあります。
言葉遣いはとても丁寧ですが、少しサディスティックな性格でもあります。
ですが戦いにおいてはとても強く、Kurou Yatogamiも彼には敵わないほどです。
彼に関してはアニメの後半で出番が増え、深く過去が描かれずに終わってしまいましたが、
日本で発売されている小説で、彼の過去についての話を知る事が出来ます。
