Thank you for your deliveries as always.
I have ordered every week on Tuesday up until now, but from now on, I will order twice every week, on Tuesday and Thursday.
The reason is to get rid of delays for merchandise and differences in opinion.
Because Japan and America have a time difference, I made a schedule that allows for some flexibility.
Please deliver the Tuesday order by Friday and the Thursday order by Sunday to Yamato.
I am requesting your cooperation.
As well, would it be acceptable for the Yamato transportation staff that I have arranged to collect packages from your company's delivery center?
Because I would like to apply this plan starting from the next delivery, please delivery as usual this time.
