色々言って保険適用されませんでした。
結局適用されないのであれば保険の意味がないのではないですか？
今回の商品は
修理が出来ない状況です。
新しいのを買った方が言いと言われました。
レンズは損傷もひどく、ズームもきかない状況です。
前玉にも損傷がありました。
写真でも損傷はわかるはずです。
ボディは電源すら入らない状況です。
こちらも修理は出来ず新品購入をすすめられました。
箱に損傷もあり、写真でも確認できます。
本当に書類と写真を確認していますか？

Insurance doesn't mean anything if it doesn't apply anyways?
This item is in a condition which cannot be repaird.
I was told it's better to buy a new one.
Lens has huge damage and it cannot zoom.
Front lens also was damaged.
You can see damage in the photo.
Power of the body doesn't even turn on.
Also for this product cannot be repaired and I was recommended to buy a new one.
Box was damaged as well, you see that in the photo.
Do you really check documents and photos?
