I looked into this order and we confirmed there was no way that we would have been able to send that product over in the incorrect box as it comes directly from he manufacturer and they get assembled all at once. I am willing to issue you a 5% partial discount for customer satisfaction but all our transaction records show that it was the correct product sent. Let me know if this is acceptable to you. If you would still like to return the product, you would need to pay to send the product back to us and once we receive it we can reship you a new one. Let me know if you need a return authorization number or if you would like the 5% partial discount.
