偽物の商品が届きました。比べるとすぐにわかるのですが、商品に印刷されている写真が明らかに薄くまたシリアル番号が記載されているシールの形状も違いました。セラーさんに連絡を取りましたが、返答がありません。商品購入代金全額の返金を希望します。

I received fake item. It's clear if you compare, photo printed on the item is obviously thin, and the shape of sticker with serial number is different, too. I contacted the seller but I have not received any reply. I request full refund for the amount I paid for the item.

I've received a fake product. if you compare this, you'll easily notice it's fake. The color of the picture printed on the product is obviously light and the shape of the seal which the serial number is printed is different. I have contacted the seller, but there's no reply. I'd like to request for full refund of the product purchase fee.
