1.物流に関する問題点（例）
・ロット管理だけではなく、シリアルナンバー単位での管理が求められるが、厳密には対応出来ていない。また、その履歴の抽出に相当の工数が掛かっている。
・卸によっては大量に返品をしてくる業者もいるので、検収、仕分け作業に多大な負荷が掛かっている。
・在庫が増えたので外部倉庫に保管を委託したいが、卸売一般販売業許可と薬剤師が外部倉庫にも必要となるので簡単には外部委託できない。

The following is the problems and requirements in the OTC industry summarised by our company.
1. Problems related to logistics (examples)
- Not only lot management but management per serial number is required but it has not been effective enough in responding to the needs.
Also, lot of man-hour is spent on extracting the record.
- Depending on the wholesale, there are traders who return massive number of products and as a result, lots of time and effort are spent on inspection and sorting returned goods.
- Outsourcing the storage to external warehouse is desired, however as permission for general wholesale business and pharmacists for external warehouses are required, it cannot be easily outsourced.
