Use a tracking number. Also, we recommend you take out insurance of the amount of the refund. (If it gets lost or damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund). We recommend to attach insurance that is equivalent to the refund amount. Please attach the tracking number. However, we recommend buying insurance with the equivalent amount of the refund.
