そして、先進的な金融技術、経験、ノウハウを兼ね備えている御社で知識と経験を積み、実力を伸ばしたいと思い志望しました。なかでも金融市場部門を志望したのは短期的・定量的に結果が見えることと、金融商品は商品そのものに価値がある訳では無く、商品を顧客に提供するにあたっては、情報や顧客との信頼関係など個人の付加価値が求められるからです。また、他社でのサマーインターンを通して、最前線で社員の方々が働いている現場の熱い雰囲気に興奮し、「絶対にこの業界で働きたい」と思いました。

Then I wished to improve my ability and gain experience and knowledge while working for your company, which is equipped with advanced finacial skills, experience, and know-how. Especially, I want to join the financial markets sector because one can visualize short-term and quantitative results and it does not mean that financial instruments have their own values, but an indivisual's added values such as information and relationships of trust with clients sare seeked while providing clients with merchandise. Also, through a summer intership at another firm, I was inspired by the exciting atmosphere of the workplace where employees on the front line and decided that I would absolutely want to work in this industry.

I wanted to develop my capability through accumulating knowledge and experience at company like yours, where there are advanced financial techniques, industry knowledge, and know-how. While there are some divisions, I applied for the financial market division because I would be able to see the outcome of my work quickly and quantitatively. In addition, those financial products do not have value in themselves and as you offer the products to clients, it requires additional information and trust based relationship with them, which I consider as individual value adds. I had such an exciting time when I placed myself as a summer intern at other company because I sensed this hot and exciting atmosphere in among people working in the field. That was when I started thinking that I would definitely work in this industry.
