1. Put a small tea bag into a teapot, pour about 100 cc of hot water, put the lid on it, and wait for a while until desired strength is reached. This can make about two cups of tea.
2. Put a bag of tea and about one litter of water into a kettle, put over the kettle on low fire, boil to bring a flavor out for 10 to 15 minutes. Wait for a while until desired strength is reached, turn off the cooking stove, and let the kettle slightly cool as quick as possible. If you fail to cool it quickly and slightly, you can enjoy less flavor and spices.
3. Boiled rice soaked with black-soybean tea: Put Umeboshi, pickled plum, and konbu, pickled kelp, and then just pour black-soybean tea to enjoy Kuromame Chazuke in Japanese.

2. Prepare a kettle with about 1 liter of hot water, put one tea bag in it to boil 10 - 15 mins at a low heat. Turn off the heat when the tea turns to the color you desire, and quickly cool it down by placing the kettle in a cold water for a better taste and flavor. Tastes and flavors may lessen without the cooling down procedure.
3. Rice with black soybean tea; prepare a bawl of rice, put a pickled plum and some salted kelp on rice, and pour black soybean tea on rice.
④黒豆コーヒー。普段お飲みのコーヒーのお湯の代わりに煮出した黒豆茶を注ぐと、簡単に黒豆コーヒーの出来上がり。お好みに応じて砂糖、ミルクを加えてお飲み下さい。⑤焼酎の黒豆茶割り。まず黒豆茶を冷やします。グラスに氷を入れ、焼酎2:黒豆茶8の割合で軽くかき混ぜてお飲みください。※本品の製造工程では製品に直接手を触れることがほとんどなく密封を致しておりますが、開封後は、商品の劣化や異物の混入を防ぐために、開封口を閉めるか、茶缶などに入れて保存し、お早めにお召し上がりください。
5. Shochu and black-soybean tea: Cool black-soybean tea at first. Put chipped ice or some ice cubes in a glass, pour shochu and black-soybean tea in the proportion of 2 to 8 respectively, and stir it lightly to enjoy it.
Note: We have manufactured this product without directly touching it in most processes and sealed it hermetically. Onece you open the sealed package, however, close an opening or keep it in a tea canister to avoid detteriorating or being contaminated with foreign matter, and consume it as soon as possible.
5. Shochu(a Japanese spirit) with black soybean tea: Prepare cold black soybean tea. Place ice cubes into a glass, and pour shochu to black soybean tea at a rate of 2 to 8. Stir well and enjoy.
