Sorry to hear the globe arrived broken. We have three choices in my opinion. 1. Returnthe item for a full refund including the original shipping charges. 2. I refund a portion of the purchase price as you suggest. 3. I can order a replacement globe and have it sent to you. No doubt the new globe will not be marked as the original.
If you want the refund.. what amount do you feel would sastisfy you as a customer? Please advise me as to your preference.
