注文いただきました商品ですが、すぐに発送したのですが税関に止められてしまい、輸送が止まっていました。
その後、輸送業者を変更しましたが輸出には専用の書類と審査が必要で、現在その作業中で荷物がまだ日本にある状態です。一日も早く出荷できるように努力していますがお届けまでに2週間ほど必要です。
荷物の到着が遅れており申し訳ございません。
