発送して頂いた商品の件で連絡を致しました。
御社から送って頂いた商品を確認したところ2つ商品が破損していました。
この商品が御社に到着した時点で破損していたのか?
御社から発送した後に破損したのか?
わかりません。
発送を行う前の検品の時点で破損していたら連絡を頂くことは可能でしょうか?
また、御社には発送事故の保険はあるのでしょうか?

Thank you for your continued support.
This in in regard of the items you shipped out.
I checked the items you shipped and two of them had damages.
I don't know whether they were already damaged when they arrived at your office or damages occurred after you shipped them out.
Would it be possible for you to contact us if you find damages upon inspection before shipping out.
I'm also wondering if you have insurance for shipping damages.
