発送して頂いた商品の件で連絡を致しました。

御社から送って頂いた商品を確認したところ2つ商品が破損していました。
この商品が御社に到着した時点で破損していたのか？
御社から発送した後に破損したのか？
わかりません。

発送を行う前の検品の時点で破損していたら連絡を頂くことは可能でしょうか？
また、御社には発送事故の保険はあるのでしょうか？

Were these already broken when they arrived at your company?
Or they got broken after you sent them?
