This time I only placed an order received at the exhibition in Kansai area in July. I will contact you for other orders at the exhibition in Tokyo along with major customers' ones next time. Exhibitions only for ladies will be hold in Tokyo and Kansai area respectively in September again. Would it be possible for you to extend the deadline for ladies' order to either 21st or 22nd because 20 (Mon.) is a Japanese holiday?

Your order on this time is only for an exhibition in July, Kansai. I will inform you another order including a major customer for an exhibition in Tokyo. I have an exhibition again for only women's wear in Tokyo and Kansai in September. About a dead line of an order to women's wear, could you please to change to 21st or 22nd as we have a bank holiday on 20th Monday in Japan?

This order is for only Kansai area of July exhibistion. Next time, I will let you know the order which the major customer is included in the Tokyo exhibition.
