説明文には新品で不良品とは記載していませんでした。
また箱有りと書かれているのに、箱のふたはなく、中身が見えた状態で届きました。

返品するので返金してほしいとメールをすると、14日以内ではないので無理だと言われました。

ただ、説明文の記載と違うのであきらかにおかしいと思います。

私は早く返金してほしい。

The item I purchased didn't function at all.

The description said it was new and didn't say it was broken.
Also it said it'd come with a box but the box didn't have the top and the inside was exposed when I received it.

I asked for a refund but I was told it was impossible since my request was done after 14 days.

But the condition of the item was completely different from the description and I think it's unfair.

I'd like you to issue me a refund ASAP.
