So that is how it is... Are the surrounding people all right?
I understand the matter of product A.
I want to order the following products, but would it be possible to ship the products that you have at hand as per usual?

not bad, for 通常通りの発送 I would say: "Is it possible to forward them in the usual way?"

周り means is not "there" 件 here just denotes product number.
Hahaha You can't even write grammatically correct English for you to correct me. "means is not" should be "does not mean". Furthermore, I'd rather say "there" than "around" because you wouldn't say "everyone around" when you're not in THAT place. I also do not agree that "件 here just denotes product number" because 件 is just a pronoun here. I used "case" because that's my style: to translate as close to the original Japanese text as possible.
You can also refer to the "Additional info: ※「台風の影響で仕入元からの商品Aの配送が非常に遅れている」という連絡を受けての返信文です。" it says that the receiver of this message is from Taiwan.
Thanks
