もちろん『ランダム』と言っても『この日だけは用事で休みたい』みたいな要望は受け付ける。しかし、全員が土日を休むのならば、土日のサービスの供給は出来る訳がない。その点を詳しく説明しなかったことは私の責任ですが、今誤解は解いておきたかった。

Of course before "ramdom" selection requests such as "I need to take a day off due to my schedule" are accepted. However, we cannot provide weekend service if all the staffs take weekends off. I am to be blamed for not explaining that in detail, but I wanted to correct our misunderstanding.
