私には非常に難しい内容でした。以下に「申し送り」を記載します。

・"So, how did it go?"が不自然な位置にあると思いました。もしかしてメールの引用の最後にこの文言があるのでしょうか？
・" We only have one step to complete and we'll have you on your way."は通販でよく業者が使う言い回しらしいのですが、私の実力・安物の辞書や情報源では対応表現がみつけられませんでしたので、意訳させていただきました。
・全体的にお堅い難しい表現が多く、意訳を多用しました。
