今回連絡がなく勝手に商品出荷されたので手続きに問題がありました。
次回からは出荷前にINVOICEを送り、こちらの出荷許可を取ってから出荷するようにお願いします。

Please find the attached file of AWB.
Please issue the Invoice for the shipment and send it to us.
Since the goods was shipped without notice, we faced problems for (custom clearance) procedures.
For future shipments, please send us Invoice first and then make shipments with our consent.
