と表示されてしまいます。
paypalに問い合わせたところ，出品者に設定を変更してもらうようにしてくださいと
言われました。申し訳ございませんが，こちらから支払いできるように変更してください。
商品をとても楽しみにしています。

I am Kobayashi who bought "XX" product the previous day.
I processed the payment via Paypal promptly, but the message "This recipient does not accept payments from non-U.S. PayPal accounts." appeared.
After I have inquired to Paypal, it said that the sender has to modify his/her account settings.
I am sorry but please modify your account such that I could make the payment.
