I was informed that the incomplete address label was attached.
But I cannot identify the sender only from such information.
I do not mind to pay additional $5, so please settle the problem to expedite the shipping.
I would like the package to be sent here as soon as possible.
As I do not understand English, so I would appreciate if we can communicate in Japanese. Correspondence in English is too hard for me, as the number of packages are so large.

This luggage has been labeled asthe luggage with incomplete address. I contacted the Top MashiInnovation. But I only have this information and can not determine the sender. Please follow the proedure as soon as possible so I can take the $5.
