I wasn't abel to find contact email on a paypal refund. I didn't notice that I had gotten it long before. I'm very sorry that I told you I'd not gotten the email yet. And then, I want to know before I purchase goods on another occasion. The description shows 'factory second', but is there a clear mark to confirm it is that? Or does a back stamp have a cancellation mark? And what is something like a transparent grip in this picturephoto's like that? Please reply to me.

I could find the email regarding the refund from paypal. I didn't realize that it did come so quick. I apologize for telling you that it didn't come. Before considering of re-ordering it again or not, I have some questions regarding the product. You mentioned that it is a product of the 2nd grade in the description, is there any marking on the product? Or is there any cancellation mark at the back stamp? There was a transparent handle in the photo, what's it?
