Hello. I have received the item today, and found the glass pannel smashed up when I opened the package. As I was really looking forward for this item, I am very shocked and disappointed. I attatched the picture, so please verify. I have been searching for this item for so long, and was really amused that I have finally found it, so I am very downhearted. I would like to exchange the glass pannel. Could you refund partially as a glass exchange fee? I would like to ask for $300 refund. Could you please refund via PAYPAL? Looking forward for your kind reply.

when I opened the box the Glass panel was broken into pieces.
I was excitedly wating for the product but after looking it I was disappointed.
I would like to replece the Glass panel.
Could I get some refund for replacement of the Glass panel fee ?
I am expecting 300$ as a refund.
