先日購入した商品が、転売先より不良品であるとして返品されてきました。
１２Ｖでも乾電池でも動作しなかったそうです。
そちらから購入した時、２つの商品うを比べてみると商品の外観が違うので気になっておりましたが、
添付画像の内のボタンの赤い方が返品されてきました。
返金または交換して頂きたいので、ご連絡願います。

Hello.
The goods I purchased other day was returned from buyer from me as a failure.
The buyer said it did not worked both by 12V and dry cell battery.
When I purchase from you, I was worry about the appearance of 2 products are different.
And the one with red button in the attached image was returned.
I would like to return or change so please advise.

What we bought the other day was returned back from our customer.
That didn’t move with a 12V battery or a dry battery.
When I received two from you, I found that the appearances of them were different to each other.
One with a red button in the attached document was returned.
I’d like to return that or exchange that for another one.
