請求書を送って頂き、ありがとうございました。
内容を確認したところ、１点修正点がありました。
今回送って頂いた請求書では交通費が 4万円で記載されていましたが、以前山田さんから頂いた清算書によると、交通費は３万円になっていました。
こちらをご確認頂き、交通費の金額を修正し、修正後の請求書を送って頂けますでしょうか。

submitted, the traveling expense was stated 30,000 yen.
Could you please check and fix the traveling feel, and send me a renewed requisition?

The transportation fee is 40,000 yen in the invoice I received this time, but the transportation fee was 30,000 yen in the expense report which Mr. Yamada has sent before.
Please check and make a correction on the fee for transportation, and resend the invoice again.
