I'd like to know what time you're arriving in Japan; therefore, could you please let me know what airlines you're using as well as the flight number once you have it?
Will you be staying at my house the entire duration when you're in Japan?
If you've made a reservation at a hotel, please let me know the name of the hotel.
In addition, please let me know the dates you're planning to visit any other places by yourself.
