Order #54517とOrder #54541を今日で全部受け取りましたが 全部で8個注文しましたが 7個しか受け取っていません。全部確かめましたが 大きな箱4個中に小さい箱2個、別の中型箱の箱1個、全て受け取りましたが 合計7個です。Order #54541のパッケージは合計重量8ｋｇで届いていますので やはり3個しかありません4個であれば 3.7kgX2+4.6kgX2の重量のはずです。間違いなくそちらの ミスなので 早急に97652を送って下さい。

I received all of the Order #54517 and Order #54541. I placed order totally 8pcs but received only 7pcs. I checked all of that but totally 7pcs for small 2 boxes in the large 4 boxes and another mid sized 1 box. As the packages for Order #54541 is totally 8kg arrived so there are defnitely only 3pcs. If there was 4, it should be 3.7kgX2+4.6kgX2. There is no doubt this is your fault so please send 97652 asap.

I received order #54517 and order #54541 today. I had ordered eight pieces in total but I received seven pieces instead. I checked everything. I received four pieces in a big box , two in a small box and one in a middle size box. Seven in total.
The order #54541 was sent as a package which weight was eight kilograms. So, there should have been only three in the box. If there was four pieces, the weight should have been 3.7kgX2+4.6kgX2. Please confirm this matter and send me a 97652 to me as immediately if it is your mistake.
