Order #54517とOrder #54541を今日で全部受け取りましたが 全部で8個注文しましたが 7個しか受け取っていません。全部確かめましたが 大きな箱4個中に小さい箱2個、別の中型箱の箱1個、全て受け取りましたが 合計7個です。Order #54541のパッケージは合計重量8ｋｇで届いていますので やはり3個しかありません4個であれば 3.7kgX2+4.6kgX2の重量のはずです。間違いなくそちらの ミスなので 早急に97652を送って下さい。
I have received the good for the order #54517 and the order #54541, but I only received 7 goods out of the 8 goods I ordered. I checked through all the boxes, but only boxes were found in two small boxes in the four bigger boxes, and the other middle size box. The package for the order #54517 weighed 8kg, but it is supposed to weigh the total of 3.7kgX2+4.6kgX2. It is obviously your mistake to send us less, so please send the good 97652.
