現在返送商品(液晶初期不良商品)は、日本にあります。
その為、直接日本から御社返送先住所まで商品を返送させていただきたいと思います。

I'm terribly sorry that the return process is taking a long time.
They had no requested the contact number for our company when we made the shipment.
I am not sure if there will be a reply.
Please understand.
We had intended for our CA branch to carry out the return but the item to be returned (LCD with manufacturing defect) is in Japan.
As such, we will like to return to your company the item directly from Japan.
