Why didn't USPS contact you before returning the shipment?
Both you and USPS are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives at the correct destination.
Why are you unable to fulfil this responsibility? I am paying an expensive shipping fee.
You are the sender so responsibility for resolving this problem lies with you and USPS.
